Outlined below are the payment process steps:

  1. If you have not registered yet, please register now, fill in your information and type of participation.
  2. After filling in your information, you can now proceed to payment.

Regular Registration 800 USD

If you are paying in Egyptian Pounds

  1. Follow the payment link: https://eng.asu.edu.eg/home/eservices/request/conference/verify
  2. In the payment link, enter the same e-mail address you used for registration for the conference.
  3. Upon verifying your e-mail, enter your name and National ID or passport number.
  4. After processing your payment, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation.
  5. Upon payment, log in to your account of registration on the conference website using this link: https://ices2025.conferences.ekb.eg/contacts?_action=signup
  6. Upload a copy of your payment confirmation along with the soft copy of the following documents:
    • National ID or passport
    • Student ID to verify your registration as a student
  7. The conference registration committee will validate your payment after checking all submitted documents.

    • Passport
    • Student ID to verify your registration as a student
  4. The conference registration committee will validate your payment after checking all submitted documents.
