PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Deadline for payment is extended till 30 April 2025.

Outlined below are the payment process steps:

1. If you have not registered yet, please register now, fill in your information and type of participation.

2. If you have registered before, please log in to your account and confirm your registration status in the system before making any payments.

3. To confirm your registration status in the system, follow these steps:

a. Log in to your account.

b. Open the Registration tab in your user account.

c. In the drop-down menu under the Registration tab, select Conference Participation Form.

d. Verify your status to ensure you select the correct payment option.

Your participation category will fall under one of the options listed in the table below.

	Non-Egyptian
	Regular Registration	800 USD
	Student Registration	400 USD

4. Once you have entered your information, you are ready to proceed with the payment.

If you are paying in Egyptian Pounds

a. Follow the payment link: https://eng.asu.edu.eg/home/eservices/request/conference/verify

b. In the payment link, enter the same email address you used to register for the conference.

c. Upon verifying your e-mail, enter your name and National ID or passport number.

d. After processing your payment, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation.

e. Upon payment, log in to your account of registration on the conference website using this link: https://ices2025.conferences.ekb.eg/contacts?_action=signup

f. Upload a copy of your payment confirmation along with proof of your status (a soft copy of your National ID, passport, and student ID).

g. To upload your payment confirmation proof, please refer to the provided file (Payment Confirmation Steps), which includes detailed step-by-step instructions to assist you in completing the upload successfully.

h. The conference payment committee will validate the payment after checking all submitted documents.

If you are paying in US Dollars

a. After processing your payment, ensure you have a soft copy of the screenshot or your bank transfer proof.

b. Once the payment is made, log in to your conference registration account via this link: https://ices2025.conferences.ekb.eg/contacts?_action=signup.

c. Upload a copy of the bank transfer receipt along with proof of your status (a soft copy of your passport and student ID).

d. To upload your payment confirmation proof, please refer to the provided file (Payment Confirmation Steps), which includes detailed step-by-step instructions to assist you in completing the upload successfully.

e. The conference payment committee will validate the payment after checking all submitted documents.
